I found this story in the "Press-Entreprise" (who, I think, republished it from WebMD). If you know a bit about ADHD, you won't find anything new in there. What I liked about it was that it seems well balanced and objective. It's an interesting introduction when you're trying to learn a bit more about your child's situation. Here's the link:

For the record, Sandra does a lot of the cooking around here and I can safely say that A.'s diet is well balanced, he eats very healthy food. As for Omega 3's I'd be curious to read about your experiences with it, if you have any.3 comments2006-10-12 - 10:22:03tracyI was reading your blog and would like to know your opinion about the service at the Douglas. My son appears to have asperger's and is receiving counceling at the Douglas but I find them very evasive with making diagnosis. Did you push for testing? Do I need to be more aggressive with them to get things moving?

Maybe having been referred by a neurologist helped, or maybe it's the team we met that made things simple, I don't know.
Until your son takes the test, I believe they have to be evasive since no one can be sure without it. So maybe you should ask for it.
Let us know how that goes.
